We are an Elder led church. We believe the Elder's are called to be the spiritual leader's and shepherds of "the flock of God among them". (1 Peter 5:2) At MBC, each elder has a shepherding group comprised of Life Group leaders. Each elder prays a minimum of three times each week for each Life Group leader in their shepherding group, contacts them on a monthly basis, and has them in their home on a quarterly basis. The Life Group leaders then shepherd the people in their Life Groups.
