Elder Giles Armstrong is our Executive Pastor. He and his wife Angel, live east of Mitchell and have 3 children. They came on staff in August, 2005. Giles administrates staff, provides various counseling and shepherding of our young families, and administrates daily operations in accomplshing our church mission. He also preaches once a month.

Elder Gene Broeder and his wife Judy, ranch north of Mitchell. Gene has been an elder since December of 1996. He leads one of the Adult Life Groups on Sunday mornings. Judy is a co-leader of the 5th/6th Grade Girls Life Group, and is involved with our Praise & Worship Life Group. Together they also lead an Adult Life Group.

Elder Randy Hoff and his wife Brenda, farm northeast of Mitchell. Randy grew up attending Mitchell Berean and became an elder in 1985.

Elder Dan Howard and his wife Colleen, live in Morrill. Dan is a dentist, and has a practice in Morrill. He became an elder in July of 2000. Dan co-leads a Men's Life Group on Sunday mornings.

Elder Scott Mathis is the Lead Pastor at Mitchell Berean. He and his wife Diane have been on staff since 1992. As the leader of the leaders, Pastor Scott provides visionary focus and public proclamation of the Word of God.

Elder Dean Keener and his wife Diane, farm northeast of Mitchell. He became an elder in January of 1996. Dean co-leads a Men's Life Group and Diane leads the Toddler's Life Group on Sunday mornings.

Elder Dave Powell and his wife Melinda, live in Mitchell. They have been a part of the Mitchell Berean Church family since 1999. He became an elder in 2002.

Elder Walt Ryan and his wife Gloria, live in Mitchell. They have been a part of the Mitchell Berean Church family since 1965. In 1969, Walt became an elder. Walt and Gloria lead a Life Group. Gloria also leads a Women's Life Group on Sunday mornings.
